The Bioinformatics Core at UH is going to organize an online workshop on “Metagenomics and Microbiome Data Analysis” on Oct 29, 2020, 9 AM to 12 PM. The primary objective of the workshop is to understand and get hands-on skill in the data analysis of metagenomics and microbiome data. The workshop will cover some basic knowledge of R language, amplicon sequencing, metagenomics shotgun sequencing, ASVs based sequence analysis, annotation and visualization.
