Ola HAWAII Team-Science Pilot Projects Program is to provide modest funding on a competitive basis to early-stage and early-career investigators, post-doctoral fellows, medical residents and subspecialty fellows who propose meritorious research on the science of minority health and health disparities. Grant funding is intended to support investigators pursuing promising pilot or preliminary research ideas to advance minority health. Ola HAWAII is also committed to helping communicate research findings to community and policymakers.
