The NIH SBE Initiative thanks you for attending the webinar on Tuesday, September 29th! As discussed during the meeting, we introduced the SBE initiative, provided an overview of common data element tools and data harmonization guidance, and heard directly from investigators on their experiences and research challenges.

Additionally, we have included the following attachments that were discussed during the presentation:

  1. COVID-19 Assessment Recommendations for SBE Supplement Grantees
  2. Harmonization and Data Sharing Expectations for Supplement and Revision Projects Addressing Social, Behavioral, Economic and Health Impacts of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency
  1. List of Grantees. Please note that this list includes the 52 grantees that were funded specifically through the SBE Initiative (Tab titled “SBE Initiative Funded Studies”) as well as IC-funded supplements that were relevant to this initiative (Tab titled “IC Funded SBE-Relevant Studies”). Please email Ray Watson if you would like to add any additional projects and/or make any changes to the provided information.
  2. Slides from the presentation. A recording of the panel will be provided at a future date.
Please also note that we have scheduled the next webinar for Tuesday October 6th from 2-3pm.  This webinar will cover DR2 and PhenX COVID-19 repositories.  Feel free to forward to research teams who might be interested.
