Mentoring has been proven to help scientists succeed professionally in every aspect of their career, but there are facets of the practice that require personal optimization. This webinar will examine actions of successful mentor-mentee programs and relationships, as well as highlight how FASEB member societies are facilitating the building of our scientific community through mentoring. Presenters will address mentors and mentees with practical ways to begin and maintain the different stages and roles of the important mentor-mentee relationship.
