Jane will discuss how the university can help promote new therapeutic and diagnostic discoveries using patent protection to establish early priority date. identify new partners and reinforce existing partnerships, including insights from case studies. Jane Licata earned her Ph.D. in biology and biochemistry from UH, is a practicing patent attorney and teaches patent Law at Rutgers School of Law.
