Purpose
The 2020 Interdisciplinary Poster Festival will feature poster presentations on research, evidence-based practice and quality improvement projects. Practicing clinicians in the service sector, health science faculty and students, and colleagues from health science fields will present their work. Presenters will converse with students, faculty and members of the public.
Who Can Apply to Participate
- Students and faculty from the UH College of Health Sciences (nursing, dental hygiene, medicine, social work, public health and pharmacy)
- Colleagues from Tripler Army Medical Center, The Queen’s Medical Center, Hawaii Pacific Health and Federally Qualified Health Centers in Hawaii
How to Apply
- Submit a 250-word abstract by Saturday, February 15, 2020 by 5 P.M. HST
- Online submissions only
Selection & Notification
Abstracts will be reviewed and scored based on how well each element is clearly articulated and its consistency/relevancy to the project being described. Individuals selected to participate in the 2020 Poster Festival will be notified by February 1, 2020. Portrait oriented posters size A0 (33” w x 46” h) is preferred.
Parking
