Thompson School of Social Work Dean Noreen Mokuau attended the 2017 RCMI Translational Science Symposium in Washington, D.C.  They accompanied investigators from the University of Hawaii who shared the results of their research using posters and oral presentations.

Designed to highlight the importance of basic, clinical and population research collaborations for addressing minority health and health disparities, the 2017 Symposium, held October 28 to November 1, provided a forum for hundreds to share knowledge and to the network.
